How to Make DIY Tulip Bouquets

Step 1. Let’s begin by making some petals. To do this, take two pipe cleaners and bend them in the middle.

Step 2. Once the pipe cleaners are bent in the middle, you should have an upside down “V” shape.

Step 3. Now, get another pipe cleaner and put it in the middle of your “V” shape (where the bottom bend of the “V” is).

Step 4. Bend this third pipe cleaner in the middle so that its two ends are sticking up. When you are done with this step, you should have two pipe cleaner ends sticking up and four pointing downwards.
