- Colored craft paper
- Scissors
- Self-adhesive crystals**

How to Make a Robot Toilet Paper Craft
Step 1. Place your toilet paper roll onto your small piece of foil.
Step 2. Add glue to your toilet paper roll and wrap the foil tightly around the roll.
Step 3. Tuck any loose foil ends into either side of the toilet paper roll. Push them in securely so that everything looks neat and tidy.
Step 4. Cut a rectangle out of some colored paper to create your robot’s belly. Have fun choosing the perfect color for your robot’s belly.
Step 5. Now, you get to have even more fun getting creative! Grab your crystals, gemstones, or stickers and attach them to your robot’s belly to make buttons.
Step 6. Using your craft glue, put the robot’s paper belly onto the robot’s body (the toilet paper roll).
Step 7. This robot offers plenty of opportunity to play and try out different things. This picture shows another option of how you could design your robot.
Have fun creating a robot belly you love!
Step 8. Cut out a small rectangular piece of black paper. This will be your robot’s mouth.
Now, glue it onto the toilet paper roll.
Step 9. It is time to get your googly eyes and glue them on. Grab your pom pom ears and attach them to the sides of your robot’s head.
Step 10. Get your pipe cleaners to make the arms and robot antenna. Be careful to cut the arms the same length.
Step 11. To make the antenna, wrap your cut pipe cleaner inwardly to form a flat spiral at the top.
Step 12. Glue a pom pom in the middle of the spiral.
Step 13. It’s time for the finishing touches! Glue your arms onto the body of your robot.
Step 14. Bend your arms however you want. Have fun with this.
In my opinion, the weirder, the better! Your robot is complete.

How Long Do These Robots Take to Make?
Making these robots won’t take you very long. It is a quick project to put together.
No part of this project is overly time-consuming. Wrapping the foil around the toilet paper roll will only take a few seconds.
Making and decorating the robot belly will take a few minutes in total.
Cutting and gluing the other features of your robot (the mouth, the eyes, the ears, the antenna, and the arms) may take you 5 minutes or so.
All in all, you can make one of these in about 15 minutes or so. Keep in mind that it might take a little bit longer if you are making this robot with a child.
Little ones might need some assistance with the cutting and gluing. For a very small child, I would set aside a half hour or so to make sure that they can really take their time and enjoy making their own robot.
