Fold one side of your paper to the 1/3 mark.

Line up your pinky with the folded edge and trace your hand.

When you are done tracing, grab your scissors.

Cut your handprint out, being careful not to cut along the folded edge.

Your cut-out handprint is the main body of your flamingo. Your fingers are the feathers!

Be sure that your handprint opens and closes.

Draw your flamingo’s beak, head, and neck.

Draw one long straight leg and another bent leg.

Cut out the beak, head, neck, and legs.

Attach the flamingo’s neck to the handprint body using your glue stick.

Glue the legs at the back of the flamingo’s body.

Time to glue on your flamingo’s googly eye.

Now, write your personalized message. Your flamingo card is all finished!
